The PIM is being held to provide the public the opportunity to offer comments regarding the proposed project. Persons with limited internet access may request that project information is mailed to them by contacting Daniel Baker via email Daniel.Baker@ct.gov or by phone at 860-308-6211(allow 5 days to process).Individuals can listen by calling 1-888-566-5916 and entering the Participant Code:9977843. Persons with hearing and/or speech disabilities dial 711 for Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). A recording is posted to YouTube and closed-captioning (including non-English translation options) is available at that time.
