Meeting Purpose
Purpose of the hearing is to receive evidence on applicants' assertions that public benefit outweighs any adverse environmental effects from construction, operation, and maintenance of the facility. The 2 pm evidentiary session will provide the applicants, parties and intervenors an opportunity to cross-examine positions. No public comments will be received during the 2 pm evidentiary session. 6:30 pm public comment session is reserved for the public to make brief statements into record.
